Do we need to pay VAC Fee if sending passport to Ottawa?
I'm a Chinese international student at US. The application centers in America are closing, so we need to send our passport to Ottawa. I've already submit online application. Do we need to pay the VAC fee? Or any other fee? What documents I need to submit? passport; a copy of the request letter...
