Hello All, I am finding contradictory info and help if someone can share their experience it would be helpful. After exporting car from USA, do we fill the form 1 inside CBSA Office or we need to prefill the form on RIV website,pay fees and take the printout? Thank you

It is mandatory for ppl who want to live in Canada for some time. If you are returning immediately without leaving premises of CBSA then its allowed. Mentioned this when you call CBSA customer support. Then they will confirm.

Other borders means? I am sure the rule is same for all land border crossing. You can call to CBSA and talk to an actual officer and ask your doubts. Sometimes they will transfer to the actual port of entry office that you will want to use for landing.

Yes, if you have valid documents to enter usa then you can use AVR to come back.

CBSA officer told its not but it wont hurt to call them and talk to an officer from the port of entry you wish to use for landing.
