The wes report is not equivalent. Use another evaluation body for your ECA. You can use iqas, ices or CES

Since there is a space to upload in your gckey account, you upload it there. You can also send it through webform as well. They acknowledge webform faster.

If you check all the rejections based on ECA they all have undergraduate study. Pls avoid it or consider another evaluation body

If your ECA has "undergraduate study", it is a reg flag.
