Just had a chat with PTU support center...They told me to raise 2 queries ..One with option D (Transcripts) and another with option C (Degree Certifcate).

1. Yes 2. No (You can create your own letter , Address it to Registerar requesting for transcripts , mention college name ,batch and roll number and put in signature)

Thanks for your reply, got confused between option A & D. Will probably try my luck with PTU support center later today and see if they've any recommendations.

Seems like WES guys are not sharing uniform instructions regarding PTU documents.. I had a discussion with WES rep few minutes back. I was told that I'll need to resubmit PTU transcripts (from where i did my graduation) while the Post graduation transcripts can be linked from old wes # to new...
