My final update: I received my certificate today. It was mailed out on July 26th (same date as my oath). I'm just happy this process didn't take 27 months as advertised. All the best to everyone in this group :)!!!

When you are registering during the oath ceremony, you can ask the agent if they can send it urgently. It isn't guaranteed (as is everything with IRCC), but the agent can make a note on your file for the certificate to be mailed as soon as possible.

Usually a week or so before the oath date, you will get an email with the instructions.
