Just take a soft copy of approved I-140...just in case if you ever want to use this PD in future... Not to disappoint u, but if rules stays same as it is right now, then PD of 2018 is useless (assuming u r from India or China)

Hi, I am in exactly same boat and we decided to move to Canada. In-fact soon, we will be there. My situation In USA for 10 years. 8 years into H1B, Priority date of June,2012 under EB2. Same Company under whole employment period. Got Canadian PR in 2016. What we have in USA is settled life...

If you are from India/China, with PD of Nov 2016...you should just go to Canada and get PR and Citizenship. There is no hope with that PD
