    In my case, just 1 invitation letter from my brother. My brother just included both (brother and sister-in-law) their ID's with the letter. Only my brother signed which is fine because they are under 1 address anyway.

    This also happened to me that my GC key was revoked. I just made a new account using the same email address. Then you can link/retrieve your applications using the UCI numbers. Although, I decided to use the new IRCC portal to renew our visit visa.

    If you're using the new IRCC portal, that's normal as those family information (imm5645) will be part of the online application which you have to fill up. There's less pdf files when you compare it to the old GC Key portal.

    Good day sir. I applied for myself and my parents. We have a valid Canada visit visa expiring on July 2022 and a valid US visit visa. I read somewhere in this forum that it qualifies for CAN+ which could've resulted to the shorter processing time.
