Marriage before landing and implication on soft landing

Hello, Yes, you definitely need to let them know your change in marital status. If you don't, you will never be able to sponsor your spouse. I'm not 100% sure about your other questions. But you might have to delay landing to add your spouse (they will need to complete medicals etc.). But you...

Can I withdraw application only 6 days before final decisión?

Hi, If you are basing it off the one year estimate tracker, it's an estimate. So it might be longer than 5 days, you still have time. And you should withdraw via webform or not go to the landing interview, if you applied inland.

How We Compiled Our Spousal Sponsorship Application - 2018

Hello! To answer a couple of your questions: 1. Yes, you need to submit the additional family member form. 2. You have to apply by mail, and you will be sending it to Canada, not the embassy in your country. 3 and 4. We submitted bank statements from both the sponsor and principal applicant...

    add-on dependant (adopted) child

How do you mean no updates? Did you get AOR, Sponsor approval, file transfer, medical requests? As far as removing her and everything, I'm not sure, nor am I qualified to answer that, sorry!

    add-on dependant (adopted) child

You're only 6 months through the process, which often takes 12 months more or less to complete. Since you had to submit extra documents you may fall outside of this processing, so it could take more than a year. I wouldn't worry about it yet. Has the sponsor been approved, or any other updates?

    Mexico visa office

I think if you have a lawyer as a representative, then you can't link to GCKey (because paid reps have their own portal). But you can use ECAS.

    RELATIONSHIP EVALUATION FORM

If you're not living together, then that's how you should answer. They ask this question since it's possible for couples to live outside of the country together if the sponsor is a citizen. Also you can apply outland while both people live in Canada (allows flexibility to leave Canada during...

    Urgent help pls. Spousal application

I can't say if it's enough for sure, but I think it's a pretty good start. Do you have rent receipts from this landlord too? Maybe if you recieved mail there as well. Also a letter from your family or friends stating your address, since they would have known where you were renting?

Oh ok, just wanted to make sure that wasn't the issue. Maybe you could ask both sets of parents to write letters to vouch that you were living with them and not with each other?

He is going to ask to be transferred to his company's office in Canada. So we are hoping his job is still relevant haha. And I've already started to apply for jobs as well.

Nope, outland. But I'm a Canadian citizen living in Brazil with my husband.

I’m unemployed should I give my Option C

I think that should be enough. But you may want to include a statement on your future plans on how you will support yourself (10,000 is a good start, but not enough to live on for very long). We wrote a letter talking about our education, the types of employment we hope to get when we move back...
