As u see my timeline, I have the same situation. Even after getting CSQ, still waiting for medical request. But as u said, things go differently for various applicants, some receive MR sooner. I've heard that there is no particular relationship between MR and CSQ.

Congrats! But are you sure that they send it to PA? What I've seen most was the sponsor who has received it. Or maybe its because of that representative form that we filled? Now we should wait for MR and pre-arrival ?

Yes, They're supposed to send CSQ to IRCC, however I sent my scanned CSQ by webform to local VO.

Hi guys I received My CSQ. It was posted via mail at Sponsor's Address. It has the date of July 24 on top of that. I sent related documents on May 16 and credit card was charged on Jun 6

Hi My Timeline : AOR : March 6 SA : April 3 Transfert to Ankara visa office : April 3 CSQ Request : April 3 CSQ Approved : Waiting MR : Waiting I also know another Quebec applicant (August 2018) that received MR on April 2019 (CSQ: May 2019) and still waiting for DM.
