If i had a job in my home country for which i was paid in cash and dont have salary slips but I have the reference letter and used it in my student visa too Will it be verified when i mention it in personal history when i apply for federal PR after getting the pnp, or they just have a look at it?

Hey man, Can we get a PR using the International student job offer stream if we have no work experience at all? OR are we required to have a minimum 1-year work experience either abroad or in Canada?
