The passport request to stamping took less than 2 weeks time. The total time from request submission to stamping was around 6 months (Feb-Aug).

The stamped visa will you have your UCI number. They should be able to pull all your details when you arrive in Canada. Just keep the work permit document with you during your travel. Also, raise a webform request on IRCC's website.

I applied on 11 Sep 2018 and got Visa approved on 18 Oct 2018. The average time for processing at that time was 6 weeks.

As per my understanding you need to show the sufficient funds for 2 years program fees + 2 years living expenses in the form of bank statements/ fds/ loan. Did you provide these documents while apying for visa? Income proofs/ ITRs are different from above. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Did you already pay the tuition fee upfront before visa? What is the duration of your course? You mentioned 14 k for 2 semesters. Do you mean that you have made the payment of 14K. If thats the case then what about the funds for the remaining semesters?
