Hello experts, I have a critical qus related to work experience If I have an experience of continuous 2 and half year and 3 mnoths gap and again 8 months experience job..would tht b counted as 3 years or not?

If my salary was not in account as well as I do nit have my salary slips but I hava a refrence letter as well as a salary certificate issued by company would that be enough for my salary proof ? One more thing,on both of these documents" it is nowhere mentioned that my salary was in cash ".

One more query My employer is refusing to provide me with the refrence letter so would it be fine if i have my job duties written on the white paper with with the signature of my managing director and stamp of the company

Can ielts trainer apply for canada PR and if yes ,do they have good chances?

Thankyou for replying. I have worked for two companies first company has provided me with an experience letter with written duties.But the second employer is not ready to issue it what other option I have for this.what can I do in this case?

My employer is directly denying provide me a written proof of job responsibilities he says for ielts trainer description of duties is not needed..is not it important to provide job description with duties if you are an ielts trainer?
