This looks like a different reason for refusal. Order the GCMS notes right away to see if it helps understand the reason. I'm not sure what documents you submitted exactly, but I would include anything related to your current job and anything that was submitted to get the original work permit...

I would send the receipt through the web form. It should not affect the application status.
