Hi can anybody give me some info please. I got my pre arrival letter on the the 4th of December. But now, I have been suspended from Work and I face a diciplinary hearing in January, which might result in dismissal ! What would happen to my pr application if i was dismissed?

Hi , i came to manitoba 5 months ago under the pnp program. I have applied for permanent residency but my question is , Can I leave my current employer and return to the uk whilst waiting for my permanent residency to be approved. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thankyou.
