I recently noticed that my wife's entry stamp in Canada has the wrong year. The stamp says 2023 instead of 2024. The date and month on the entry stamp are fine. Is there a need to have this corrected ? If yes, how can I go about it ?

Thanks for this, I see it's a similar update in the application, I suppose maybe the first time you get the update the button just changes to 'Action required' or something. Appreciate you taking the time to paste your status, thank you :)

I assumed the eligibility would be updated to 'Completed' as well as the overall application status. Since I don't remember what the button said earlier 'Action required' or 'Waiting on you' , hence the question.

I also had the passport submitted last week, and got the same email from IRCC. However when I logged in I think the button said 'Action required' or something ( dont recall exactly), the final decision says "Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details" but the latest...

I applied for a visitor visa, and have received PPR. On the tracker I see the visitor documents details with the visa expiration around May 2024.

Can someone please let me know if the visitor visa expiration date that you saw in the tracker was the expiration date of the counterfoil stamped on your passport ?

Did you receive a single entry visa or a multiple entry visa? Did you apply through the new IRCC portal ?

Is the expiry date shown on the application tracker the same as the one that would eventually be stamped on the passport. I ask this because in the application tracker I see the expiry date of 6 months from today, whereas the passport does not expire for another 10 years.
