If someone Withdraws the application how long does take it to be Cancelled? And can you Stop it after you sent them the email for Application Withdraw?

We applied in March last week and our application was received on April 1st

Yes we only received an email by CIC that our application is being transferred to MVO but not received AOR2 by the VO . Also Medical Was passed before it transferred to MVO is this New? What should we expect next and when any guess?
