@Afaz77 send a mail to NDVO and cpc Ottawa requesting for change of VO for Passport submission to your local VO. I think @tobs posted a template for this email a few pages back. Good luck!

@tobs something just struck me. For some reason I didn't get a confirmation mail from cpc Ottawa when I sent the mail request for change of VO. So, I sent another one some minute ago and got the confirmation of receipt reply. Don't know if it's applicable to you

That would be really helpful cos I won't be able to go to VFS office till next week. Although I read a post on Nairaland about a month ago of someone who submitted the new Delhi PPR letter at VFS and at the time he was posting his application status had changed to approved and was only waiting...
