It means that's the only application you've submitted. That you don't have multiple applications. It's not an adverse comment. Anyone who doesn't have an application with them other than the one in question has that comment.

Hello, I'm curious, how do you know if your medical gets extended? Do they send an email informing you of this fact?

Today I got a reply to a CSE I had raised back in November saying they had received my additional documents and my application is now in queue for an officer's review. Coupled with the ghost update and similar email I got last week, It sure feels like a lot of activity after months of radio...

Seems there's a wave of ghost updates I've reading about across the January February and March 2018 threads. Really optimistic it won't be long we all get our PPRs by God's grace.
