Please how can one send passport to ghana, DHL? but the fees must be transferred via nigeria bank to there account? I am kind of confuse about it. if someone can help me out. I will appreciate. got PPR today

Today my wife got Pre-arrival and PPR. She was asked to submit her passport. How long does it takes before the visa and also do we need to height and color listed on the form. Are we expected to submit just the passport and photographs. Please guide us.
