    Yup you can but I think you will only find CIO comments and if you have any doubt in your mind regarding your NOC/Funds etc. Then you should order and take corrective action before ADR or ....

    But now you have notes in your hand, you may have know the point where they said review required? You can confirm with some one who have same issue. I also don't think you need to be worried coz of review required, think positive and keep calm.
