I got that same message too. Think it means we just waiting for AIP for our spouse now

I sent copies of any mail we receive, void cheque’s, 2018 tax return summary, fishing licences, Enmax profile info, Shaw profile info, letter from our doctor/church. Basically anything that shows our names with matching address. Also a few social media screenshots

Yes we have decision made for “sponsorship” but in “permanent residence” it still says in process.
