Yes u should. Because you still need extra time to wait for ur Letter of completion of ur program. Also to apply for your PGWP as well. Feel free to add upto 90 days. Wont be any problem

Hey, I also sent my passport on Oct 16, and just until yesterday when i tried to call their hotline, the agent told me that my passport just mailed out. And later afternoon I saw my tracking number activated. So keep checking on ur tracking number or try to call them.

Good news! After waiting for 1hr to get transfer to the agent yesterday, they confirmed that my passport just got send out. Later in àternoon, my tracker is activated :).
