Hi All, I completed my soft landing in June 2020 and plan to relocate permanently close to mid / end of 2022. Per my 2020 GTF, there have been a few changes, most not under my control: 1) TV: There was a surge which ruined my TV so I had to buy a new one (Samsung --> LG) 2) Laptop: My laptop...

In Canada on PR, Now Priority Dates have become current in USA, anyone in a similar situation?

One thing I will point out again based on my prior experience (was initially planning for intra-company transfer), but my company clearly said that they don't do CP and I have to be in the US for it - so as mentioned above, I see dependency on the company. Secondly, if that does end up being...

    Canada vs. USA (Take Home)

Rumors about an executive order that bans the entry H1b holders around.

If you want to do that, I would advise road travel (Have seen people flagpole). Haven't seen anyone do a flagpole via plane so far (others can correct me).
