Eligibility is the most important, but security may take longer. My security has not started yet, and it has been that way for about 1 month. I guess the time really equals to (Time of your file sitting in their office)+(The actual processing time). Just my opinion.

I don't understand... I thought eligibility is the first step, you can't have your eligibility pending while your background check is in progress?! I don't know.... So if you are in IP2, why isn't your eligibility not finalized?
