yeah. Do you know whether the processing goes on or will the IRCC wait for the BIL to complete?

I received around 20 Days back and waiting for Service Canada to open. What does it say in your IRCC account? like "Your Action is Required" or "Submitted"? Did you receive Eligibility Pass Update?

I faced this issue of OINP stating that they are unable to nominate me but it was because I received ITA before OINP nominate me. I think that's not the case with you. The best solution would be to contact them as per me.
