My wife was asked additional documents for name change on 7th Nov which we submitted the same day. The tracker has still says the documents are pending. Does anyone know how long does it take for them to acknowledge the document?

That's great! You might already know this, Mumbai University stamps on sender's address now and asks you to courier it. Just check if MSBTE is ready to do the same.

If you have created WES profile before 1st Dec then it is fine. After 1st dec WES is accepting documents sent by institute only.

Make sure there is no confusion. Nowhere it is mentioned on WES website that transcripts are mandatory.
