Hi, I believe you can't use international income/tax declaration as a proof of income for the past 3 years. If I remember well from last year application it has to be an income earned inside Canada or after becoming a resident.

I'm very interested in this discussion as well. I've tried to apply last two years and was never selected. According to the cicnews the current system with the random selection will be scrapped. So I don't think we can have any applications ready before 2019...
