    I'd say accept, I am at 441 and if I get a PNP in my way, I'll accept it immediately since CIC is very unpredictable and scores may not come down to lower 440s. Yes it's more expensive, time consuming and exhausting going through PNP but if you do it right then PPR is not too far away. I think...
