Yes it is indeed a ghost update! You can expect either a PPR or refusal in a few days or weeks.... In other words, you can expect a decision on your file sooner or later.... But usually PPR comes after IP2 if you had a ghost update!

Thanks! But one last clarification if you don't mind... What do you mean by timings? The VAC office hours for pick up? In my case vfs Manila which says that their passport collection time is from 7 am to 3 pm? Is this passport collection time the same as they referred to as "timings"?

Nagtetext naman sila pag may update, pero pinaka last time nagtext eh sabi nasa IRCC office na daw passports... Baka madami kasi holidays noh kaya medyo natatagalan compared sa yo...

Maybe that's how they do it for India residents? I'm from the Philippines so maybe that's why it's a little bit different... But yes same thing, I also received an email from Manila asking me to send passport for me but with appendix B for my dependents.

Oh I see... I also read someone's situation similar to yours, maybe everything is case to case basis? I don't think they will give you wrong information since all calls are recorded.

I received a generic reply saying that your file is transferred to the responsible office.... so are you saying that you haven't sent your dependents' passports yet?

I sent message to CSE asking them where should I send my dependents' passports since they are all in the Philippines. How about you what did you do regarding your dependents' passports submission?
