I have received ppr two days back and it’s not mentioned whether to submit old passport or not? What should I do?

I just called CIC, automated response that they are unable to find my application. How is that possible? I’ve called before, this never happened.

What I’m noticing from last two days that only CEC applicants have received their PPR and not the other streams I’m FSW-O applicant, may 23 Aor still in Ip1 stage. It is so stressing to keep on scrolling the mailbox every hour.
