Not necessarily true, we got meds received in late November, and then got an interview call on Jan 8th (for Feb 22), so it doesn't mean you're certainly "interview waived". Interviews can be called at several stages of the processing, so while I think it's true many are called at the beginning...

Maybe here in Delhi that's the case, but I know of 5 people who've gone through common-law (from Mexico, USA, Europe) who didn't get interviews, and submitted similar (or less) proof as we have. Oh well, at least we know what's going on now, and with any luck, we may get a visa quickly after...

So finally an update - INTERVIEW! We checked eCAS yesterday and now in addition to application received and Medical results received, there is a new line that says "interview scheduled for Feb 22, 2012" No letter yet, but I assume it's coming. It's crazy - they've had our passport for 3.5...

My address also came back on eCAS today with no change - who knows, hopefully something good happened but I'm not counting on it.
