Contacting them is time consuming and they will only gonna tell you that you should apply for urgent request asap. That's what I did just sharing my experience. You don't have to make another payment as your application is not started yet. Hope it will help.

No there is no date on it, but I am checking it every day so I know the date. It's showing decision made in the process link. Will it take 2-3 days to receive it even though I applied for urgent processing?

My status is same decision made on oct 16. Do you know how many more days it will take to receive the card.

Hi, in how many days you received your travel document? And did you clicked photo from canada or in India? I am confused that if they want photo to be clicked from India only or it doesn't matter.
