Hey, Humber has started the process for may 2019 yesterday itself. Wait for 2-3 weeks for your status. Keep checking on your online account for status after 2-3 weeks time

Just log on to the Humber website and apply as international student there.

It is open, you can check with your consultant. I think you should apply.
