I am a March 2018 applicant (but mid-Feb 2019 test/DM) single applicant and am in the same boat. I was given a 2-4 month timeframe to expect an oath by the official after passing the test.

Under Waterloo - I believe the ceremonies are grouped by location, rather than processing office. Potentially UW allows for a larger venue and to process more people in one ceremony, the test/ceremony venue in Kitchener is not terribly large and with everyone having a +1 it is no wonder there...

Noticed four oath ceremonies have been added in the past two business days on 19/20 March - hopefully this helps clear the backlog for those who have passed the test and are waiting. Perhaps we will start seeing invitations for those shortly?

Thank you. Still have to pass the pesky test thought! After the change - benefited from both the lower year requirement and recognition of 1 year max of residence prior to PR. I don't even believe I would be eligible now under the old system.
