Inside the only box for last name you should type your last name (father last name) then your mother’s last name Has to be as is in your immigration application (unless you have 1 last name only)

Hi, you have to put your 2 last names into the last name box, I had try so many many times to check my application until I found out that it’s required the 2 last names, once I tried with my 2 last names I could see all updates for my application (2 years process) try again and let know if it works

Hi, in our case we were able to get the police check from home country online (probably your country has this option, it took me 5 mins)

Immigration requires Police check for the countries you have lived more than 6 months in the last 10 years, for Canada I’m not sure cuz they didn’t ask me yet

All the requirements we did within 1 week except for the passports, I had to go to my country embassy located in Toronto (it will take more than 30 days) since you need to submit all the documents required in 30 days I suggest to ask for an extension (my lawyer told me we can do that)
