What do you mean newborn doesn’t guarantee approval? They could reject my application because of the baby you mean?

Hi all Is there anyone who had delivery during federal processing? I gave birth my child a week ago, I’m an applicant with one dependent received on Jan 22 2018, still waiting PPR. Wondering if the processing would delay so much? I uploaded webform for my newborn yesterday.

My aor is early march, passed medical in july and got pre arrival letter in august, nothing updated yet. I got g note 3 weeks ago saying security hasn’t started yet.
