yeah, that's what I see too. it could be later than that, it could be sooner, but it's around 5 weeks

@Jaydenjp and @dsanchez don't bother trying to make tgman understand. All he (or she) does is insult, whine and complain, as if IRCC owed him anything. Like dsanchez said, the pandemic messed up all of our lives, including the work of government agencies. We have no choice but to be patient...

My god! You're so dramatic. The process to apply for a passport is the same for every citizen, whether you were born here or acquired citizenship after. You keep complaining yet you're about to receive your passport with barely any delays

I advise you to call IRCC and explain your situation, they'll probably give you options on what to do. I'm guessing when your family applied for refugee status your father must have used something to prove you were all his children. So perhaps you can use that. Good luck
