Hello Everyone, Just to update you guys, I have applied two applications- Paper- based application and Express Entry. Today, i have received golden e-mail- ready for visa and that decision is on paper based application. Nothing related to express entry.

Only five days left.!! So far, nothing received yet. Is there anyone in the same situation??

I called cic yesterday and she told that your security has been started already. That's only thing she informed me.

So, it mean my eligibility is checked already by first officer. Then, my criminality is all clear. Looks like final decision is yet to make.

But, what I assume is that eligibility is checked before they clear your criminality check. Please advise.

Hello Everyone I called the cic today and the lady I spoke was very polite. She told me that criminality is passed and the officer started working on your eligibility. Everything looks to be in order.

Actually, my job offer is LMIA exempt, no LMIA is required. Also, on my closed work permit, it states the same.
