Basically i want to email the sydney office asking why have I not received my PPR email yet. So, this should be the correct address for that right ?

There are quite a few people in the same boat as yours. I am one of them. I raised a CSE in order to confirm what the IRCC rep said and got a positive response. I was told that the local Visa office will get back with their response. Waiting since.

I did mention about the application status. I was advised by the IRCC agent to include that in the CSE. However, even the response i got is not super helpful

Hi everyone, Question for people who already got their PPR emails? How long does it generally take to get your passport back ? Also i believe they provide you a time of 30 days to submit the passport. Is it possible to ask for an extension incase you are not in the country?

I did not try the email. However, the IRCC agent asked me to raise a CSE. Now i am not sure if I should wait for a couple of days for the PPR email having waited all this time.

I think we both talked to the same lady as i was told the exact same thing.

I didnt get any updates in the account as well. It was the CIC representative who said my application has been approved. She said it sometimes takes a while to update it in the online account. Try calling cic and hopefully you will hear the good news too.

Thanks, I was told that my application is at Sydney NS VO. I might email them. Btw, was your file at the same location and and in how many days did you get your PPR email after having known about the status of your application?
