Thank you for your response. Should I simply mention we totally missed the updated forms or what should I mention as the reason for re-submission? any thoughts? @singleman

@singleman IMM5406 & IMM5476, these were updated towards the end of September but I missed the update and sent older versions in the initial application. It is possible that we may be well under the grace period but just to be safe, I thought of resending these since we have the XF number and UCI.

@singleman I got the XF number for my husband, should I upload the latest version of the forms I missed via webform? Any guidance is appreciated!

I heard that the grace period is 30 days, how did you know it's 3 months, has IRCC mentioned this anywhere on the website?

The temp number tells you that they have received your package and it was not lost. It also says your file is in their system and waiting to be assigned to an agent. What questions did they ask you to find your application?

I agree and I too compared both versions but didn't find any additional information being requested in the newest version. Hoping for the best! When was your app received?

I used the kit and downloaded all forms on September 13 and the forms IMM5406 and IMM5476 weren't updated. What did you end up doing in your case @singleman

That should be your UCI, you are correct! I have UCI for my husband as well, but let's wait for a reply to your webform. Fingers crossed

@Abhinandhan7 @kanislupos I did see many in the same boat on other groups as well who missed this. Mostly those who sent applications after September 15. Hoping our applications do not get returned. If you have any updates please do post, and I will too.

I don't think it is possible for them to be able to link the forms to your application if there isn't one of the two UCI or application number.

Please keep us updated! I'm not sure whether it will be wise sending these 2 forms via webform. I am waiting for someone senior to reply.
