What if the expired Visa that I have is on my expired passport, and then I tried to apply for eTA using my current passport where the Canadian Visa is no longer there. Will they be able to recognize that I was granted a Canadian TRV before?

I have a question related to that. I was granted TRV last October of 2019 and was able to travel to Canada on December of that year. However, my TRV expired by 2021. Am I still qualified for the ETA?

I didn't apply via online the last time. I applied and submitted on the embassy itself. Do they still have the record for that? What happens if I don't apply online if I'm going to extend my visa or apply a new one?
