Took me right a week

I asked them by webform few days ago, the agent told me where my case is, but there was no useful information except the case location.

I got a ghost email on Jan 9, and then nothing happened until now. Is anyone on the same boat? BTW, it was a “donotreply” email, told me there is an update, but when I logged in my CIC account, nothing changed, even “the status” place remained the same. Time line: AOR-August 27 IP2-November 22...
