    Lost old Passport

I have a very similar problem, I lost my old, expired passport a couple of years ago but never reported it as I already had my new passport issued. What do I do when I don't have the police report? I have a photocopy of the biographical pages and my entry visa. I traveled a few times with this...

    Canada citizenship

It's pretty sneaky to come to Canada just before your wife gives birth to ensure Canadian citizenship for your baby. Now I totally understand why US boarder officers (very!) often deny entrance to women in third trimester.

    Travel History Reason

Hi all, I'm filling out the Physical Presence Calculator and just wanted to ask how to describe the reason of my trip. Is "vacation - one day trip" sufficient explanation or do I need to provide more details such as "vacation, one day trip, shopping and sightseeing"? Thanks, Maria

Travel history within eligibility period but before I moved to Canada

Also in the Physical Presence calculator it says "The date you left Canada" and "Date you returned to Canada" when I want to enter the period when I lived in Germany. I technically didn't leave Canada cause the first time I visited Canada was the day I moved here.

Thank you for your quick answer. So what should I put in the physical presence calculator for the year before I moved to Canada? I did a couple of trips around Europe the year before I moved to Canada but obviously I don't have any stamps in my passport because all the countries are in...

Citizenship application - are they gonna audit my taxes?

I know I know :( I filed taxes for 2014 in my home country so I didn't figure that I'd have to file taxes in Canada too. I'll try to file it now but from what I understand I should be safe even without it, right? Thank you very much for your help! M.
