    i submitted on 26 oct. there are holidays in Visa office due to Diwali and Saturday,sunday in this week. and minimum time is 10 days i think.

    check under " view submitted application" section. if there is option to upload the reciept then your reciept is not properly uploaded. did you completely finish the upload process ? if the upload option is not there , then wait for some days. they may take some time

    my RPRF reciept is under review. when i upload RPRF reciept, status changed to upload. after 3-4 days , additional documents are being reviewed
