I sent an email to the embassy in Mexico and apparently my results the certificate was sent to IRCC on 2020/11/25, It took almost 3 full months from the time that they received all the documents to the moment they sent the certificate, they already asked me for the medical exams and passed them...

I don't have my whole timeline, but I got a confirmation email that the embassy in Mexico received all my documents to process the police certificate on Aug 26 2020.

Today they asked me for medical exams, I'm not a 100% sure that they received my police certificate since on the website it still says processing your background check, but this Saturday I'm going to do the medical exams hopefully It'll be fast.

I don't think they were talking about the police certificate they were talking about the documents I attached to the inquiry, my application has not changed status, unfortunately.

For my case all documents where received Sep 15 by the Canadian Embassy in Mexico, I'm over the deadline now, but I did send an inquiry using the web form explaining the situation with proof that I had sent my documents and they where received in Mexico within the allotted time, I got a response...

Hi, I just received my work permit today, for the letter of invitation I created a pdf with the job offer signed by my employer and a copy of my employment contract also signed by me and my employer. It took about 3 and a half months to process, applied at the end of august got it today.
