My PPR came just before my 7th month, in February. My BG had already started by then, but only my criminality, not my security. And it remained like that until I received an ghost update, and minutes later my PPR.

The agent will only take into account the work experience related to the NOC you applied for. In your case, only the 1 year of canadian experience. That is why the agent is pretty much ignoring the foreign work experience, as it is related to a different NOC.

Which was the NOC you applied for on your application?

As @tobs suggested, did they mention anything about your Canadian experience? Also, you lost 5 points due to your age change between ITA and APR: "Score was Revised from ITA to E-APR because client's age changed" Check on your GCMS the "EE Elegibility > CRS" section. Should be around page 10...

You lost 50 CRS points, which made you fall behind the ITA minimum points, thus the RR. The reason seems to be this line I quoted, so it is likely the agent could not verify your work experience, or they are not satisfied by it. Do you have any other notes on your GCMS?

Do they ask for photos on landing? I though the ones we send for CoPR were used for the PR card.

My application would complete 7 months this Friday... As other applicants, for some reason, it seems the 7th month is the new target for IRCC.

I ordered one today, but the last one was from December 10th, so by then an agent had the opportunity to start the security (or flag for it). I also called IRCC on December 21st and on January 28th, and send CSE last week. No movements so far.

Hi @winterdiva I saw your timeline and mine is similar. AOR July 15. Eligibility 'met', criminality 'passed', and security not started as of January 28 (called ircc). CSE only returns generic answers of 'your application is in progress'. Do you have any new info on this? I will keep watching...

I think, worst than paying the CAD 1k/person for the process, is to pay for a new medical exam because the first one expired due to their own delay!

Thanks, though I do not think it will work for me. I was moved to CIO Sydney, and the email seems to be for CPC Sydney. Might be the same thing, but... anyway, I do not expect a specific reply, but if it forces someone to look at my application it could get things moving again.
