it is Case Specific Enquiry and can be used for a variety of purposes, mostly for updating info but can also be used to obtain info from CIC.

I would say contact your local MP. They have a direct line to IRCC as I was told. Don't quote me. But, it is the quickest of em all. Meanwhile, apply for gcms notes too. CSE shall take a few days while MP might get you an update in 1 to 2 business days. cheers!

You might wanna include people from May 7th AORs too. Two of my friends are stuck too. I heard you can raise a CSE to find out what's happening with your file but I am guessing it won't speed up the decision, would it?
