Hi I received study permit yesterday so when I was applying my permit they didn't ask me to provide biometric since it was not part of requirements my question is will they take biometrics when I land on the airport before I proceed to my studies or what?

I apply my study permit on 3 of July ,submitted my medical report on 30 of July and upto know I didn't receive any update from the embassy Plz I need your help
