That is terrible, Romain. I really hope you hear from them soon. I know they have a tough job and are working through a lot of paperwork, but I hope they also realize that these are people's lives with which they are dealing. It's so frustrating when they don't communicate.

Romain - I'm so sorry to hear that NYC is unresponsive thus far. Perhaps they are waiting until your information is on their database before saying anything. Amen @couple of weeks earlier! Wish I could have gotten that crystal ball to work then ;-)

Thanks Romain! I only used the FXXX initially but then included the BXXX in my subsequent reply to explain the transfer. They have already replied again to say that the file is not in their database yet and to email them again in a week. I will put off freaking out until then.

Now I'm worried. I emailed Detroit to let them know about hubby's new address. The instructions from the Buffalo "we've transferred your file" email said not to use eCas for it due to the transfer. Detroit replied that they do not have our paperwork :(

Sorry, I missed this @ritchierd. I received an email. The status on Ecas is still the same as always...Buffalo received our package on January 19. Boo.

@ Rinnerz - that doesn't inspire much confidence. I'm from the December group, and my application has been transferred to Detroit as of today. Let's hope both offices get their stuff together, right?
