I linked my PR application without any problems after I received AOR, but I havent been able to link my OWP yet. Although I have heard it usually takes about two days after AOR is received to be able to link it so I was asking specifically about the OWP.

I've heard of people that had it returned after it was linked although it is very unlikely. My application was received Dec. 13th and I just got AOR yesterday but I am still unable to link my OWP. What information did you use to try and link it? UCI, First and Last Name and DOB?

Just got AOR today. Application Received: Dec. 13, 2018 AOR Received: Feb. 12, 2019

Usually you have to wait about two days before you can link your OWP after receiving AOR.

Just so I understand correctly. As soon as my wife becomes a PR she would be eligible to sponsor her parents as long as she met the income requirements? Or is there some sort of additional waiting period after becoming a PR before you can sponsor somebody else?
